Coaches first
The 70% coach share is a structural commitment, not a promotion. When we need better margin, we improve our own products — memberships, education, and shop — rather than reducing coach pay.
Transparent money
Every dollar moves through a ledger that records gross, refunds, processing, distributable revenue, coach compensation, and Foundation allocation. Discounts record who funded them.
Scope, respected
Trainers train, dietitians advise on nutrition, and the platform enforces the line — including state licensure matching before any RD session can be booked.
Build what's ours
We buy commodity infrastructure and build the parts athletes actually feel: the programming engine, the progress record, and the ledger.
The HowdyFit Foundation
Five percent of distributable coaching revenue is accrued to the HowdyFit Foundation to expand access to coaching for people who could never otherwise afford it. Allocations move through documented accrued, payable, and transferred states so the number is always verifiable.
